In need of a refresh, Globetrotters continued their legacy tenancy by renovating two consecutive floors within their current downtown Chicago building

With this new and improved 25,000 RSF office, we achieved a more efficient and standardized office layout. We did so in an incredibly cost-effective way, keeping many of the existing walls and perimeter offices, and focusing the main structural changes on central common spaces.

As a diverse architectural, engineering & technology firm, Globetrotters itself was the basis for our design concept “the view from above,” drawing inspiration from sky-high views and the perspectives from various structures. Modern angles, natural light, and a bright airy color palette come together to provide a newfound energy for welcoming clients and motivating staff. The large, central gathering place is a culmination of space where employees can collaborate both formally and informally. We are excited to celebrate Globetrotters and their new transformative space that will serve them for years to come.
