Suite 1500, was inspired by a modern dining experience. With a sleek, Scandinavian atmosphere, warm white tones, and clean elements throughout the space, this space evokes a sense of calm.
Suite 1525 took inspiration from a walk in the park. Warm accents mimic golden hour lighting and acoustical baffles resemble a garden trellis. The contrast between the softer tones and the black millwork and accents is simultaneously dramatic and dreamy.
Designed around the idea of a sophisticated stay at an eclectic boutique hotel, Spec Suite 1950 was a lesson in taking design risks. This wallcovering and the complementary jewel tones used throughout the space elevate and differentiate this space from the typical neutral office. We continued to take design risks with the kitchen backsplash and a custom cage lighting fixture in the lobby, built to provide a solution for dividing the room, as well as reflect the angles used throughout. This suite was a lesson in taking risks, and they paid off.
