The first spec suite at 515 N State was inspired by the local Chicago cafes we all know and love. With warm brown, caramel, and cream tones mixed with cozy textures, our designers were looking to create a space that feels like home away from home. The angles throughout the space reflect the modernist architecture of the 515 N State building itself, which comes to a distinguishable sharp point.
The second spec suite took its inspiration from urban playgrounds throughout the city. With bright, energetic pops of color and eclectic light fixtures that make a statement as soon as you walk in, the energy and spirit of Chicago is reflected in every detail.
Initially planned as a spec suite, this space was quickly leased by RealtyAds during construction. A few minor tweaks—like changing the colors of the columns from green to blue to match RealtyAds’ branding—was all that was needed to make this space feel like home for the growing company.
