Offering a modern work experience with plenty of room for connection, collaboration, and fun, Continental Towers is a testament to people-friendly design.
Whitney assisted Glenstar as they repositioned the expansive office building, Continental Towers, with high-end amenities. Our goal was to create an ultra-modern, ultra-appealing work experience that merges life, work, and play. To start, we reimagined the elevator lobbies in each space to create a brighter, more welcoming experience for people entering.
Outfitting a Center of Attraction
The distinctive facility has three towers connected by a multi-level hub. The vibrant heart of the building, this hub offers plenty of room for working, socializing, and even shopping in the main retail corridor. Whitney was charged with staging many of these spaces and created custom artwork that would draw people into the hub.
Building Community
On the exterior of the space, people can enjoy over one acre of outdoor space with accommodations for fitness and outdoor fun. Confluence designed the outdoor space, and Whitney collaborated with them on design elements to ensure a cohesive look and feel throughout the complex. Tenants also have access to a luxury health club, lounge, game room, café, and other amenities.
Encouraging Safe Socializing
From the outset of this project, Whitney worked with Glenstar to design a facility that addresses today’s safety and social distancing protocols while also allowing people to comfortably interact. The outdoor social spaces are a perfect example, giving people the opportunity to comfortably work outdoors and meet with their colleagues at a safe distance.
