Whitney Architects was entrusted with the design of the 8,000 RSF office portion of the project, which plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s operations. The office features a dramatic two-story lobby, creating an impressive entrance that reflects the cutting-edge nature of the facility.
Building on the success of the Nexus Lincolnshire project, Whitney Architects implemented an open and collaborative design to ensure that the office environment effectively supports the scientific and operational teams.
The layout is strategically designed to facilitate communication and teamwork, key components in a research-driven environment. The office space seamlessly ties into the manufacturing facility, which was designed by IPS Engineers and Architects, ensuring a cohesive and integrated working environment.
