Whitney partnered with a confidential Infusion Clinic & Compounding Pharmacy client to design their new Care Management Center (CMC) in Richmond, VA, a state-of-the-art facility built from the ground up to optimize operational efficiency and enhance patient care. Unlike previous locations that required adaptive reuse, this purpose-built facility allowed for a fully customized layout, ensuring an ideal workflow for pharmacy staff and clinicians.
As a regional hub, the Richmond CMC supports outpatient infusion suites across Virginia, enabling our client to deliver critical infusion therapies in both home and alternate site settings. The facility includes a full-service infusion pharmacy, sterile compounding rooms, and dedicated patient support areas, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
By working closely with our client’s design and clinical teams, Whitney aligned this facility with national standards while enhancing functionality, compliance, and efficiency.
