FGMA now occupies the entire 10th floor of Tower One, with three wings organized for efficiency and connection—two dedicated to studio space and one for corporate staff.

A centralized hub brings together reception, kitchen, conference rooms, a materials studio, and support areas, ensuring equitable access for all employees.

Whitney served as Design Architect, leading the workplace strategy and design of the new office.

Through a comprehensive needs analysis and input from every department, the layout and aesthetic were shaped to align with FGMA’s culture of “Building Community.” The resulting space emphasizes natural light, open studios, and flexible collaboration zones that foster meaningful interaction.

The new Westbrook Corporate Center office not only reflects FGMA’s growth but also demonstrates how thoughtful workplace design can support creativity, collaboration, and a renewed sense of community.
