Whitney partnered with Convergint, a longtime client, to relocate their Global Headquarters to the Bell Works campus in Hoffman Estates, IL.
The new space encompasses 67,000 RSF of office space and 24,000 RSF of warehouse, integrating corporate functions with hands-on training and technical support for Convergint technicians.
Designed to provide a fresh, modern update from the office we completed for them in 2014, the headquarters emphasizes technology, collaboration, and flexibility. The workplace features open workstations, meeting rooms, collaborative zones, and multipurpose training spaces, while the warehouse supports technical operations and employee development.
Colliers managed the real estate transaction, and Business Office Systems partnered with Convergint and Whitney on the furniture scope. Together, the team delivered a headquarters that reflects Convergint’s growth and positions the company for continued innovation.
