For this Confidential Client’s Los Angeles office, Whitney Architects designed a compact yet highly functional space that embraces a free address workplace model, providing employees with a variety of work settings to suit their needs. Inspired by the city’s rich cultural landscape, the design pays homage to Hollywood’s cinematic legacy and the relaxed energy of Venice Beach, blending elements of both into a dynamic and welcoming environment.

Upon entering, employees and visitors are greeted by a work café that serves as the heart of the space—offering a casual, collaborative setting that seamlessly connects to adjacent meeting rooms. Beyond the café, a mix of workstations, phone rooms, booths, offices, and a work counter ensures that employees have the flexibility to choose where and how they work.
