The welcoming entry area was designed with a residential foyer feel, featuring a built-in bench with planters, curated artwork, and a statement light fixture. To align with the company’s hybrid work model, we reimagined the layout to support desk-sharing strategies, including hoteling workstations and space-efficient “micro-offices.” This allowed the organization to right-size their footprint while enhancing flexibility and functionality.

Although the design incorporated elements that reflect the company’s core values—most notably through the “Tried and True Blue” concept that reinforces their trusted brand identity—the focus remained on practical workplace solutions

Despite permitting delays that required adaptive scheduling, the project was a clear success. Through the thoughtful reuse of furniture and smart planning, the final solution delivered a fresh, efficient, and business-minded workplace tailored to the client’s evolving operational needs.
