Whitney has collaborated with Beacon Capital Partners on the third iteration of their highly successful co-working concept, The Hive. This project features multiple turnkey spec suites offering incredible views and high-end shared amenities.

Building on the success of the previous Hive project at 190 S LaSalle, Beacon Capital Partners aimed to enhance the country club aesthetic Whitney previously brought to life by developing a vintage reinterpretation of the concept. Inspired by the building’s 1980s origin, the design team incorporated classic patterns paired with warm wood tones throughout the space, complemented by a rich color palette with brass accents throughout.
