The 231 S. LaSalle Fitness Center project reimagined a previously dark, underutilized basement level into a vibrant, high-end wellness destination.
Designed to elevate the tenant experience, the space blends the functionality of a modern gym with the warmth and sophistication of a hospitality environment. Strategic lighting, rich material palettes, and thoughtful spatial planning were key to overcoming the challenges of a below-grade location.
